Pine Cones was an extremely challenging project, the logistics associated with site access made accomplishing this ambitious architectural design – such as sweeping roof lines, cantilevered balconies and a curved glazed orangery testing, but also very rewarding to see vision reach reality.  The exceptional level of quality workmanship and attention to detail carried out on this project, made this property Sefton Building Control’s preferred choice and nomination for the LABC ‘Best Individual Dwelling’ Award.
