This modern extension and refurbishment was carried out by Hesketh Jones Construction while the family of 4 remained in their home. The family consisted of 2 younger children, so the need for additional site safety was exceptional. The brief was clear from the onset, there was a need for additional space and the desire to create a ‘bright & airy’ living and dining area, that would complement the contemporary style of the rest of the property.
